Like an old lonely tree upon a cliff
Watching the waves collide on the shore down below.
Whispering some silly love song
as I gaze into the stars and wish.

Bittersweet memories drift through my mind
as I dance waltz in the endless rain,
where every drop sows hope inside me
and washes away my tears.

I try not to be a windmill
just moving as the wind blows,
But in the end, there's just me still waiting.
Like the Moon waits for her Sun.
Like the night waits for the dawn.
Forever in motion in this never ending circle
